Junya Watanabe Man is a Japanese brand founded in 1992. Under the aegis of Rei Kawakubo's Comme des Garçons label, designer Junya Watanabe displays a mastery of style like no other. Sometimes referred to as "techno-couture", his creations combine avant-gardism, originality, practicality and know-how. Made in Japan, with precious sourcing, the label's pieces are resolutely high-end.
Junya Watanabe EYE joins forces with the works of Jean-Michel Basquiat to offer several tribute pieces. We find a cotton coat, silk-screened inside with the artist's works. There is an adjustable drawstring waist, five front pockets, four buttoned and one zippered. The coat is composed of linen inserts on the sleeves and back and a folding linen hood.
The model also wears Junya Watanabe shorts and a pair of Clarks.
