Carhartt WIP, for Work in Progress, is the casual sub-label of the American workwear brand Carhartt. This European branch was born in 1989, 100 years after the creation of the parent company in Detroit and willingly inspired by its elders, injecting, in addition to workwear, a dose of streetwear and skatewear to its collections.

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Carhartt WIP reimagines its iconic OG Active Jacket in a special limited editioncolorway: Canvas Black / USA Red. Made from the brand’s signature 12 oz Dearborn Canvas, crafted from 100% organic cotton, this timeless piece features the original loose fit, staying true to the label’s workwear roots while offering everyday comfort and wearability.

What makes this anniversary edition truly unique is its reversible design, with a deep Canvas black exterior and a bold USA red interior, completed by a subtle yet symbolic 50th anniversary patch. Fully quilt-lined for added warmth, the jacket includes an adjustable hood, a front kangaroo pocket, rib-knit cuffs and waistband, and reinforced triple stitching, combining form and function with unmistakable Carhartt DNA.

Finished with a Stone Canvas wash using ozone oxidation technology, the fabric gains a slightly worn-in look with delicate abrasion and whisker effects, all while significantly reducing water and chemical use.
