A.P.C. X JW ANDERSON presents us Pull connor Multicolor.

The joint creations series between JW Anderson and A.P.C. draws its essence from Joseph Beuys' work entitled "I Love America and America Loves Me." In 1974, this German artist undertook a very particular journey from Düsseldorf to New York, isolating himself in an ambulance and wrapping himself in a felt blanket to stay disconnected from the outside world. He then spent three days in the René Block gallery, sharing the space with a coyote. The result is a performance aimed at reconciling Western man, particularly the American, with a lost spirituality, notably Native American.

In this collection, Beuys' art is reinterpreted rather than literally copied. For example, the slightly rough texture of the wool in the duffle coat serves to discreetly allude to the felt used by Beuys. Other elements, like the ambulance and the gallery's address (409 West Broadway), appear as graphic motifs on various items in the collection. The collection also serves as a reflection of Jonathan Anderson's personal tastes, offering what he would consider an ideal wardrobe. Overall, the collaboration innovatively revisits traditional elements of major clothing typologies.

Bringing a touch of whimsy to the wardrobe, the Pull Connor from the APC x JW Anderson collaboration stands out for its multicolored knit. This design choice is one of the pillars of the more relaxed and "hippie" silhouette conceived by Jonathan Anderson.

The material is a clever blend of different fibers, including 36% superkid mohair, 40% extra-fine Merinos wool, 11% cotton, and 13% polyamide. Spun in Italy, this wool offers incomparable softness, warmth, and comfort. The fancy stitch construction and ribbed edges at the collar, sleeves, and body perfect this exceptional piece.

In conclusion, the Pull Connor brilliantly combines aesthetic and impeccable quality, while offering a variety of fresh and fun pop colors that align perfectly with the values of both brands.

The model also wears an Our Legacy pants and Paraboot shoes.
