What characterizes President’s the most is the quality of fabrics used, the research of details and the manufacturing itself. We are in the presence of high-end clothing and this is one of the reasons why we love the brand at Graduate.
The influences are stamped preppy and americana, with a je-ne-sais-quoi of “folkloric”. We are often on mohair or shetland wool, subtly brushed to offer a more “authentic” touch.
This is also one of the qualities of Guido Biondi‘s label. The impression of being in front of clothes that are quite contemporary, and yet seem to have always been there.
There is no question of vintage here. And, while a signature piece like the varsity jacket seems to echo the varsity style of yesteryear, the quality of craftsmanship on this one far exceeds those of the time.
