Originally designed by Toshikazu Kayano, this new version reflects the original midsole structure with GEL™ technology cushioning. The upper fit is also improved, while retaining its leather and mesh structure.

The design of this Kayano, however, hasn't changed much since its debut. Kiko Kostadinov and his team have demonstrated just how versatile and modern it can be with their unique choice of materials and color palette.
