Initially a manufacturer of rubber boots in Boston, it was in 1919 that Converse marketed the iconic All-Star. Present at the Olympic Games and a favorite of NBA players, it is the reference for basketball players. Little by little, Converse ceased to be a sports shoe and became representative of a certain lifestyle to be today the prosperous brand that we all know.
Seen from a distance, you can't necessarily see the difference between a classic converse and a Chuck 70, but as you get closer, you can tell that the sole is thicker, more comfortable, the cotton canvas is much stronger and the laces seem better made.
