Converse presents us Ctas 70's hi Hidden trail/egret.
Initially a manufacturer of rubber boots in Boston, it was in 1919 that Converse marketed the iconic All-Star. Present at the Olympic Games and a favorite of NBA players, it is the reference for basketball players. Little by little, Converse ceased to be a sports shoe and became representative of a certain lifestyle to be today the prosperous brand that we all know.
Seen from a distance, you can't necessarily see the difference between a classic converse and a Chuck 70, but as you get closer, you can tell that the sole is thicker, more comfortable, the cotton canvas is much stronger and the laces seem better made.
In 1970, the Chuck Taylor All Star became synonymous with functionality and was considered the best basketball sneaker of all time. The Chuck 70 pays tribute to this heritage, bringing modern comfort improvements to the original model. The cushioning of the OrthoLite insole and the stitching on the gusseted tongue offer a superior level of comfort.
The Chuck 70 incorporates premium materials and attention to detail. The shiny aigrette midsole and embossed Star patch on the ankle bring out the sneaker's iconic vintage style. Revisited in archive-inspired colors on premium canvas, this sneaker has its own history and will remain rooted in tradition. The Chuck 70 isn't just a sneaker, it's THE sneaker.
